Nidia Bañuelos is an Assistant Professor of Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education in the Division of Continuing Studies. Her research focuses on the social resources that students—particularly those with parenting responsibilities—utilize to navigate higher education. She has a special interest in the history of returning adult students and the institutions that serve them.
